Thoughts on Putting Bose Equalizer on top of Mcintosh C2500

I have a small listening area and ran out of room to put my Bose Equalizer and want to put it on top of my Mcintosh C2500 preamp since it takes up a small space. I plan on putting it at the very rear of the preamp.

Does anyone see any problems? 

I plan on getting better speakers but until then I'm left with the cards dealt to me.
