This is not answering your question, but assuming your price level is about $1600 or so, you might consider Ascend Sierra 2Ex. I have the tower version and it's tweeter is wonderful.

Hey there, I have been considering a switch from my MMGs to the golden ear BRX or the KEF LS50Meta. I will be using my Peachtree nova 300 to power them. Any opinions out there on which way to go?
