Have Quicksilver monoblocks 14x9.75 (about 45 lbs each)and 2 18x12x3 maple blocks... any thoughs on spikes or other to put under maple blocks. They will be on carpet... not thin, not thick, but cheap.
If the floor is concrete, spiking through the carpet would be best. The spikes will need to be thin and sharp at the tip. You can install threaded inserts in the maple block to accept a threaded spike.
