Spikes or other on carpet for maple blocks

Have Quicksilver monoblocks 14x9.75 (about 45 lbs each)and 2 18x12x3 maple blocks... any thoughs on spikes or other to put under maple blocks. They will be on carpet... not thin, not thick, but cheap.
