speaker connector broke

I am in need of the connector or terminal for my Focal electra CC 1000Be central speaker. I was tighten the cable and the connector broke.

I got in touch with Focal America and they do not have the connector, they says my speaker is an old model.

Does anybody know,where I can find this connector

They want to know: type/style/size of the connector . I do not have any idea about this connector in regard to their demand. I just listen to the speakers. I sent them a picture of the back of the speaker showing them the connectors Any opinion ?
