Its the "Resort Fee" (aka Property Tax) that is killing us.

Criminal housing costs in South Florida mean no one can afford to eat...forget hi-end.

WeLl… I made it to Cape Coral full time in January..finally have my stuff hocked -up in a very small room compared to what I’m use to.  Looks like this postings in this thread have been dead.  Hoping to find some like minded people in the area that enjoy the hobby as much as I do..

I'm in Miramar Florida, Miami, Hialeah and Broward, not many audiophiles in this part of the US I think
