Highly recommend this USB C microphone from Dayton. You can download the calibration file from their site and then use it with Audio Tools.
If you are lucky enough to still have a headphone jack you can use the slightly less expensive version here.

The application is 2-channel stereo in a living room, so NOT extremely loud...
