Snake River Audio Power Cables - Best Unboxing

Hi All, I got bit by the Snake River Audio bug and took advantage of their Labor Day sale.  After talking with Jonny (nicest guy) I bought 2 of the signature hybrids and 1 of the cottonmouth power cables.  The unboxing was an experience and these cables are beautiful. The cables were shipped all kids of certificates and goodies from Idaho.  I can't wait to get these into the system and give you all my feedback.  If you're on the fence, just call Jonny and let him tell you about the cables first hand.

I’m going to be selling some cables, too. I’ll have 2 1.5m signature power cables and a 1m pair of mamushi xlrs for sale. Takshakas coming this week, then I’ll be posting the older ones

I'd like to know how much better are the Takshakas than the previous versions? Day and night or 20% more? If 20% more then picking up some used, older versions might make sense to try. The newest cables is quite a bit higher in price.

I wish these type threads didn’t always turn into arguments between a few posters because I’d really like to learn more about SNA PC’s. I am interested in trying one later this spring. I would like to know from those that have a few which one worked best  for what and what they settled on and where they have then in their rig. Takshakas are too much money for me, but the others I can fit into my plans. For example what worked best on their amp ( SS or Tube) what about their DAC etc. I want to learn from experience myself. I might try one or two. Thanks.

@fthompson251 When I first bought the PC's, I had decided to get one of the cottonmouth gold PC's in addition to the signature AMP PC's. The reason, cost for one, and two, after talking with Jonny, the Cottonmouth give a warmer presentation, while the Signature is kind of best of all worlds, warm (ish) and very detailed. I've since purchased additional signature PC's when SRA had a bunch on DEMO through their website. This was enough to change out all of my current PC's to SRA.  Once I had all of the PC's (mostly Signature and the one Cottonmouth), I A/B tested the cottonmouth on all of my source components. I found that, in my system, I much preferred the warmer sounding cottonmouth on my streamer, and the signatures on everything else. My system (Pass labs amp, Magico speakers) is very resolving, and the added warmth from that one cable really balances it out nicely.  Jonny has a very generous return policy, so if I had liked the cottonmouth on more than once component, her would have happily returned my signature and sent me a different PC.  I would read the descriptions on each of the PC types, he goes into good detail about what he recommend for SS or tube. Or, like me, I just gave him a call and chatted about what could work.  Either way, you won't be disappointed.
