The cables are made by a company called Singlepower who specialize in head phone amps.

You might want to search the archives here and over at Audio Asylum. Seems some have experienced customer service issues with Singlepower. The lack of response to your inquiries should raise a red flag.

I've had my own issues with Singlepower but the very long story (saga) short, I paid for a power supply and was promised a ship date. When the date came nothing and when I called the factory I was told "It will ship next week, and then after next week came and went, it will ship tomorrow, it will ship tomorrow, it will ship tomorrow, it will ship tomorrow, it will ship tomorrow, and on, and on, and on. I am still waiting btw.

Be very careful and do a little research.

Stay away from SinglePower. Many people, including myself, have had horrible dealings with Mikhail. Bottom line, he is a liar and a cheat, but he comes off like your best friend. You can't believe a word out of his mouth.

I do have some of the cables in question and the Synergistic Apex I have is better.
