SimAudio Moon - Impossible to get a hold of for support?

I am thinking about investing some serious money into buying a Moon Audio 861 amp. It sounds so good! But their support seems to be horrible. I sent a email to them and never got a reply. I called their number in Canada and got a option to 'hit #6 for english' in which I did but I got French. If my amp ever had issues, how would I get a hold of them? They seem unreachable.

Do the Moon amps have body? I always sort of assumed they might need a loudness button.

Saw Floyd in Canada a few times and visited many love the place. I've been on these sites since 2000 and never heard anyone complain about Simaudio service.

This is 100% rubbish. I’ve had 4 email correspondence in the past 3 weeks with Moon. They responded to each within 24-36 hours. Rubbish!

@jahatl513 Your post is rubbish! They never responded to my first email. They did respond to my second email which was not from the website form.
