Replacement Woofer for Polk TSI 100

Got a pair of these with dead woofers.  Polk wants a bunch for new five and a quarter inch replacements.  Whats a good place to look for a replacement woofer for this little speaker that will be used in the garage if I can fix them.

The woofers are fried due to a lot of amp clipping at loud volumes. In other words, it was played too loud and fried the speakers.  Crossover could be fried as well.

Simply replacing drivers with something random that fits will not get you the results you want. If you could get Polk to tell you the Thiele-Small parameters of the woofers, you could then buy something that's close and get satisfactory results for garage use. Otherwise, it's a shot in the dark.

@gkelly Thanks for the tip

After dragging these out i remember that both woofer cone appears to be frozen in place and when tested no sound comes out of either speaker.  What happens to cause a cone to be frozen? These speaker were connected to an old PA Audio 200 watt amp that was powered on but not playing when they all of a sudden no longer worked.
