Removing faceplate from A 4300 Teac reel to reel

I wonder if somebody can give me the information, how to remove lower faceplate from A 4300 reel to reel Teac. It sems to me I might have to remove both tention arm left and right one? I am wrong on this,? if I am, please help me on this one, what is the right way?

I'll add that Russ is one of the nicest guys ever to talk with. And, he works on much more than Teac. He repaired my Technics Reel to Reel.
