The panels I recall were basically OC703 but with one side covered with aluminized paper just like insulation panels, which is what it is. Fiberglass forward it absorbs, paper forward it reflects. However being covered in fabric it probably absorbs about as much either way. Yours may be different, this is just the one I know about, and it was a long time ago. He was making this stuff in the 90's you know....
If you want to get the best use out of them remove the fabric, and cut into triangles for corner tunes. Figure out what you like first, then cover with a nice open weave fabric like speaker grill material.
