Price on B&W 803D

I am interested in purchasing a new pair of B&W 803D speakers and what to stay in my budget. There is only one dealer in my area that is a distributor of B&W. Of course there is also BB but I really do not consider BB a high end, professional Audio store.
Another question I have is what is a fair price for my B&W 804S speakers. They are in excellent condition. No scratches, and they are in a smoke and pet free house. They perform flawlessly.
