Preamp with dual sub control and XLR inputs and outputs and optical input

I am looking for a preamp that has a few features and would welcome any suggestions for preamps that fit my needs. 

1. Dual sub control.  Want to be able to control the sub crossovers separately, probably at 80 Hz,  and play my mains at full range or with a high pass filter as needed.  Single Separate RCA outputs to the subs are fine.  Running 2 SVS SB 1000 Pro subs.  I Switch between playing towers and bookshelves with a Luxman speaker switch.  My older current preamp has dual sub outputs but crosses them over at 120 Hz with no adjustments for the sub or main crossovers.  

2.  XLR inputs for  my external DAC.  2 inputs would be even better.  

3.  XLR outputs to my power amp.  

4.  Optical input.  Connecting my BluRay player with an optical output. 

 I don’t need an internal DAC  since I’ll be connecting my external DAC. Will need a remote control to control inputs and volume but that’s usually standard.  Want it in black to match my other equipment.  

 I found the Parasound P6 for about $2,700 which looks like it has it all and fits my budget.  Would like to stay under 3K but can go as high as 5K.
