Power for two subs.

Hi,

I’m thinking of adding two subwoofers and of course both require power.

I have duplex outlet with one outlet used for my amplifier.
That leaves only one outlet for two subs. Will a generic power strip suffice?

Do I need to purchase a conditioner? I really do not want to spend more than $350.00 if that.

Thanks.

I just plug mine into the same outlet and I have never had an issue.

You don’t need anything special to plug subs into. Even the biggest subs, I am talking 18” subs with 2000+ watts pull about 6 amps at peak power. You will listen to music at 1/10 their peak. So now power worries. In home theater with lots of gear running full tilt it could be an issue but again unlikely.
