Phono Preamp Options - Modwright Ph 150, Sutherland Phono Mono Blocks, Canary MC10

Hello all,
I am looking to change out my ARC PH7.
Considering  a Modwright PH 150, Sutherland Mono Block Phono Preamp or a Canary MC10.
Looking for some opinions on them please as I do not have an opportunity to listen to any of them.
My current cartridge is a Sumiko Celebration Pearwood 2 with an output of 0.5
Also would all 3 of them be an upgrade over the ARC PH7?
