The thread you provided had many positives things to say. I just hope fast doesn't equate into bright or too much clarity. Neutral to slightly warm is fine :)
Phono Cable Recommendations
Just curious what are you using for a phono cable and what was the price?
I have a DIY Helix cable (big thread on this cable on Cable forum) from the TT to Phono preamp. It sounds great but picking up RFI. Yes everything is grounded :) I have a Morrow Audio PH3 and tried it as it has shielding but doesn’t sound very good or near as well as the Helix. Was thinking of a Morrow PH6 ($599 retail) which is a step below the PH7 at $1K. Have a VPI Classic 1 with a Dynavector 20x2L and a Manley Labs Chinook SE MKII preamp FYI.
