Pass Labs xa-25 vs FW J2

I'm wondering what " Magic " the xa-25 offers that the J2 doesn't ?

aside from the power factor - J2 - 25W / 8 ohm , 12.5 / 4ohm

xa-25 25w++ / 8ohm & 50w / 4 ohm .

both are running pure class A ? not familiar with the topography & design of either .

most important is how are the Different Sounding / Same sounding ?

Neither is one wrong, just two different "flavors". I definitely preferred the J2 when I listened to them. Sound more like live music and less "HiFi"

I have the J2 & very happy with it . I know the general consensus is to find speakers 7 build system around them but I'll build around the J2 !
