They have distinctly different sounds IMHO and can't be assessed as "better."
You have to listen for yourself. Parasound tends to be very warm, while the Pass sound appeals to many.
Personally my hierarchy is: Luxman > Parasound > Pass in large part because I just do not like the pass sound. I also find the Luxman is more detailed, and has a sweet liquid tube quality in the mid to treble the other two lack.
