I had a problem with a Pangea interconnect and I wound up leaving a message on Audio Advisor's voice mail. A few days later, a replacement magically arrived. I'm still waiting for the mailer that will allow me to return the defective one, but I have to say that Audio Advisor and Pangea came through with alacrity.

I bought a power cord from them that needs to be returned. I have been trying to reach them — via phone and email — for about 4 days. No response — at all.
Has anyone else had trouble with Pangea Distributing lately? Maybe it's just a weird lag because of Covid, etc. but I'm wondering if something's up.
