Pairing streamer

My Innous Pulsemini will not connect with my tablet that I use to control it.  The tablet, and my phone, cannot find the device.  Thought I'd ask here before going through Innous customer service to see if anyone has had this issue and knew of an easy resolution. I've rebooted from A-Z hoping that was the issue.  Any recommendations?

@toneranger58 - did you read about the hardware? It has no WiFi or BT

I assume the device is connected to you network via Ethernet cable (from the manufacturer site I don't see any WiFi antennae). You can log on to your router and check if the router sees the device and assigned it an IP address.

@davegolf2424 - their Web site does not mention any Bluetooth or WiFi. Unit appears to be wired network (Ethernet) or USB only.

@davegolf2424 - I can't find any information on Bluetooth in the device. IMO, control from the phone or a tablet means they are on the same network, not on BT.
