Pairing streamer

My Innous Pulsemini will not connect with my tablet that I use to control it.  The tablet, and my phone, cannot find the device.  Thought I'd ask here before going through Innous customer service to see if anyone has had this issue and knew of an easy resolution. I've rebooted from A-Z hoping that was the issue.  Any recommendations?

Then perhaps your streamer "is broke".

Each device in your network will have a different IP address, you are not trying to connect to the same address as your router.

What can happen is that your streamer connects  to your router correctly. But your tablet connects to your wifi via a different SSID on your wifi so let’s say your wifi SSID is DAVE and there is DAVE and DAVE_EXT (for an extender) or DAVE and DAVE5 for the different channels (2.4ghz and 5 ghz). 

You need your tablet connected to the DAVE (the 2.4ghz band).
