Can anyone confirm firsthand whether Oppo universal players (specifically the 83SE & 95) is compatible with Apple iPhones/iPods? Connection would be via Lighting to USB (Apple Camera Adapter).
The USB inputs for the Oppo 95 are only for passive storage drives such as a thumb drive. They do not function as a DAC input from a digital source such as a computer or iphone or ipod.
