No sound on Mytek Brooklyn DAC+ with Bypass in Off mode

I just got my Brooklyn DAC+. I have been using it with a Mac Mini playing Tidal. It sounds very alive with good 3D soundstage. I have also tried the phono stage playing my ProJect Debut Carbon and the sound is very compelling. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

However, I want to connect it direct to my amps (eliminating my pre amp) but cannot do so as there is no sound when I put the Bypass in Off mode.

Any suggestions or advise from anyone?
