No sound from Aurender A10


I just got the A 10 and it is hooked up properly and I can access Quobuz from my Android, stream a track, see it on the display and watch the needle dance but get no sound. The Music Room is closed today and I am waiting for a reply from Aurender so I thought I would ask for help from the community. I don't know what time it is in S Korea now anyway! My Node2 works fine however. Thanks in advance.
