new pump for a Kuzma Airline

I picked up an older Airline (Silentaire 15D pump pre 2010 based on having the red instead of the silver filters) . It worked for a while and sounded wonderful, but the pump overheated and now won't pressurize. It was working fine (3 min off, 1 min on) so I don't think I have a leak. Motor got hot , it still runs, but no pressure.

Rather than try and fix a 15 + year old pump, can anyone tell me what I need to replace everything up to the point it plugs into the arm. I think a new pump and filters are in order but Kuzma wants a small fortune to replace it all.

However, if the consensus is that I should stick with all the Kuzma supplied parts, I will go that route.

thanks

Sil-Aire’s US distributor, last time I checked, was in Houston. Same folks @riverdinaudio mentioned. Easy to deal w/ and they can supply point of use filters as well. I’ve gone through various air compressors for my Airline arm from oversized ones to an oilless one. They can help you match the connectors, lines, the whole 9 yards. I had a custom silencer box with fans built in (both intake and exhaust with temp probe and controller); the box is lined with melamine/mass loaded vinyl. It’s in an adjacent utility area and plugged into a dedicated line that is entirely separate from the lines for my system, fed by an iso-transformer. Works great.

SilentAire 30TC, DR300 or 50-9-D avaialble from Werther International.
