Thanks for the link! If it doesn't have audyssey, how big a deal do you think that is?

Joe- I have not yet heard a with / without Audyssey demo, but Kal says it works. And he is far, far and away the most valuable reference we have in this forum (or elsewhere).

So I think it would be a BIG liability for Parasound not to include Audyssey or some form of room correction in their new processors.

Why would room correction be so important in a system? Can you have it done by an system that is external to the processor?

You can use an external digital RC device (and I have) but requires additional A/D/A conversions that some find unacceptable. My objection is more philosophical. OTOH, the external devices are substantially more expensive.
