New Integrated OR Vintage Amp + DAC

I currently have Harbeth P3ESRs, vintage 1990's Rotel RB-980BX amplifier with preamp, Sonos Connect for streaming my vast music library ripped in Apple lossless, and a digital connection to my TV for watching and listening to Youtube music videos.

I need a new amplifier and a decent DAC to bring out the best in my digital music and am considering these  options:
(1) an integrated amplifier with built in DAC i.e. Cambridge CXA-81, Peachtree Nova 150 or 300, NAD M32 or C388, or Hagel H90 or H160, OR
(2) a quality restored vintage receiver plus a separate DAC in the $1,000 range or less.  New or preowned.

I expect most to respond, go with the new stuff as it's better.  But, I'm 71 and still love the looks of those beautiful receivers of the 70's.  Kind of like a '60's GTO....an Accord V6 would run circles around it but can't touch its looks.

I will enjoy hearing your thoughts and recommendations, and will let you know what I ultimately do.

Stick with new & get something with the look of a fine vintage tube amp,ALL the modern digital & analogue inputs you need,EASY to use & probably, with your speakers, have a sound that will transcend the room?Have a good long look at the Quad VA-One+(Plus)...
$1800.00 will put you in an amazing place...Never heard CXA-81,have heard the Hegel 590(12,000.00 or so)& did NOT care for the sound..Don’t like the digital Peachtrees either, they should have stuck with Class A/B..If you must have SS I have a CReek Evolution 50a with the built in Ruby DAC for sale.VERY VERY good all in 1 for less than $1000.00 & there is the Quad Vena II...
