New Hana Blue cartridge?

Has anyone heard this and does anyone know the MSRP?  It seems like it's situated somewhere between the ML and the Unami Red.

Hana Umami Blue — HANA (hanacartridges.com)

Likely as good as the competitors in the price point, and nothing more.

Thar's a Stonker of a Review.

Sounds just like what a Ortofon 'Die Hard' needs, who struggles with the idea of meeting their present pricing.

As per the Title of song by the Vapours - "I Think I'm Turning Japanese".

It is great to see reports containing content that can generate such attraction toward a product.

I just listened to both Hana Umami models on a couple of SME ‘tables at a dealer recently and as a fan of alnico, I completely agree with the Tracking Angle review.

IMO, the Umami Blue could very easily be a little disruptor in the $3k+ marketplace, including Hana’s own Umami Red.

I love my Umami Red, worth every penny. If the blue is in the same neighborhood then you gotta give it a lesson.

at this point I pretty mucI narrowed my search down to 2 (Unami Blue and Ortofon Cadenza Bronze) and I’m leaning towards the blue.  Fortunately there is a dealer nearby that Carries both.  Need to know which will be a better match for my arm and table.

Table? Arm? I bought the Mint LP protractor to mount mine. It is a computer generated. Protractor specific to your table and arm.

Vintage SOTA Star with rega rb2000 arm.  Currently using a Grado Reference wood body cartridge.

I opted to get one because my Oracle was meant for SME tone arm but I had a Grahmn Phantom Supreme. They create a computer paper protractor for your specific table and arm. Does it make a difference? Honestly I don't know because I didn't install the cartridge with the standard protractor listen then listen with Mint LP protractor.
