Need help with a B.M.C amplifier error
Hi, there are some here familiar with BMC amplifiers. I hope I can get some help. Something is wrong with my amp, when I turn it on, it counts from 10 to 5 and then say "Er".
I have tried unplugging the power cord and leave it overnight but the error persists.I was listening to music via the XLR-CI connection and turned the knob to a different input and the error happened shortly after. Coorelation is not causation but I don't know....
Anyone know of a fix? I've tried emailing BMC waiting for their response.
@samureyex I believe Brian at Aaudio Imports is still the U.S. distributor, but I’ve had better luck going direct to Carlos of BMC via BMC’s general contact email. You can find Brian’s contact info at this link: http://www.aaudioimports.com/ContactUs.asp If contacting BMC direct, be mindful of the time difference. I find they are more attentive to emails sent from the U.S. very late at night so it hits their inbox in the morning. Do not hesitate to follow up daily until you get a response. |
