Need help with a B.M.C amplifier error
Hi, there are some here familiar with BMC amplifiers. I hope I can get some help. Something is wrong with my amp, when I turn it on, it counts from 10 to 5 and then say "Er".
I have tried unplugging the power cord and leave it overnight but the error persists.I was listening to music via the XLR-CI connection and turned the knob to a different input and the error happened shortly after. Coorelation is not causation but I don't know....
Anyone know of a fix? I've tried emailing BMC waiting for their response.
@blisshifi Thank you! I've talked to Carlos directly and we have narrowed down the problem. Thanks to the amp countdown from 10 to 0. I just need to take it to a technician and make sure the voltage is normal and then we can replace the suspected module. |
