Need Help Identifying Transformers

I have a few transformers that came out of a Rogue Model 100 Magnum power amp. I’m getting them ready to sell but don’t know how to list them.

They are labeled as such:

TRA-88-MAG

40-16797

166-0219

TRA-500V-100

40-16785

166-0225

I don’t know if these numbers are stamped by Rogue or not but would appreciate any help.

Why did you remove them from the amp? You could call Rogue and ask them of course.

The Rogue I bought used many years ago and had nothing but problems with it.  I got tired of sending it back or have the Rogue technician walk me through troubleshooting with a meter.

Latest was a channel went out and I attempted to replace the big capacitors  which have never been replaced and destroyed the circuit board.  Yes, a shot in the dark seeing that replacing all the tubes didn't help.  I know, probably shouldn't be attempted by an amateur but again, got tired of sending that heavy beast back.  I chocked it up as a learning experience.  A semi-expensive one.

I thought I could sell the transformers to some DIY'er and not just throw the whole thing in the trash but if that's my only option, in the trash they will go because I'm tired of it taking up space.

I agree that the reason I’m trying to sell these is my own fault but what’s so crazy about trying to identify the transformers so I can properly list them for sale?

You don’t think some DIY'er  would be interested in them?

For what it’s worth, I didn’t pay a ton of money for the Rogue when I first bought it but it was costing me a ton in shipping it to Rogue and paying for repairs.

Of course, that’s sometimes the price you pay when you buy something that’s no longer under warranty.

Sorry folks, I guess I came to the wrong forum.  Audiogon was my first thought  but after reading the replies or lack thereof, I did a Google search and found diyaudio.com.

That seems like it would be a more appropriate place for my query.

@nicktheknife

Pretty obscure question asked in a forum dedicated to components.  I wonder how many people on the planet earth could answer your question.  Most of them would work for Rogue.

It did occur to me that I could/should ask Rogue but I don't think they would take kindly to me tearing down one of their amps to sell some of the components.
