Help identifying German speakers

I have this pair of used and abused speakers, and I'd like to know who is the manufacturer, and model.
It has german writings: impedanz 8 ohm, nennbelastbarkeit 120 watt
And is yellow cone with black center (like old technics, jbl l100)
