Need DIP switch settings for Lehmann Blk Cube

I have a Lehmann Black Cube and seemed to have put the manual in a place where I would not lose it! Well...I can't find it and I need the DIP switch settings for cartridge loading for the original Black Cube. The Lehmann website does not have the settings. A numeric listing of ON/OFF...UP/DOWN and the corresponding Ohms would suffice. I do not need the entire diagram, however if you have it, it won't hurt.
