Morrison 1.8 speaker. Anybody knows how to connect them to the amp ?

Hi

I just got a pair of Morrison 1.8 omni directional speakers.

As I bought them from outside, one of my friends delivered them to me.
Speakers have mirror pair 5 binding posts.

How to connect them in standard mode (not biamp)

I tried to connect them as I thought but My Mark Levinson ML-9 amp went in protection mode.  It didn't like that.

Yes five

Finally, I found the way to connect them. The problem I got with the amplifier was due to corrosion in the banana hole binding posts of the amp.  I used speaker wires with locking banana plugs.

I suspect the center binding post is for grounding the speakers as Tannoy does with their big Glennair series.

I'm going by a photo of the terminal online. 2 pairs of red/ black? Parallel wire together Red to red and black to black with jumpers and wire amp to any red and black pair. If that doesn't work you should meter them to check for a short circuit.
