Contact MSB, their MSB Link output board is in production (according to my local MSB dealer). The board can be attached to nearly any DVD/CD player and the digital output will be reclocked and upsampled. It's designed to eliminate the transport from the sonic equation. I believe the price is $595. I have no personal experience, but the product looks promising.
