Mobile Fidelity Carbon Cartridge?

it has been about a year since this cartridge was announced, yet I don't see any opinions or comments regarding the cartridge. I don't even know of anyone acknowledging that they own one. Is it still available or was it ever?

Does anyone have any experience on this cartridge? I love the Myabi sound and was curious how this cartridge stacks up. Few reviews exist on this cartridge.
