MMT Arm cue sticking problem

Anyone know how you go about cleaning and replacing the old silicon fluid inside, is it an easy or a job left up to someone that's done it many a time before? Where would you find the Fluid at an affordable price(not needledoctor). If I can't get the job done,any suggestions on a TT guru..
