Merlin TSM MMM to MMM BME

I recieved a pair of TSM MMM off of Audiogon that I like Very much. I was wondering if anyone has upgraded this version to the BME and if the upgrade was worthwhile and what your findings were. I can't find much info on this specific upgrade. Also I am pushing with tubes. If not going SS would this upgrade be worth it?
