Margules integrated

I was asking for opinions on their equipment specifically

I-240, build, sound quality etc.

The amp is class-A, 25W, using EL34 tubes, push-pull.  I have listened to it for short periods and it sounds very nice. It is simple, features-wise, for its price class. but it is beautifully made.  (For comparison, the Audio-Research i/50 has 50W, options for an on-board DAC and phono preamp modules, a headphone amp included and a remote, the Margules has none of those features, either stock or as upgrade options.) I am not suggesting the Margules isn't worth its asking price, but the company has placed its priorities elsewhere. With higher sensitivity speakers and a good DAC, I would  think it could be the center of a very good system.

Their gear looks nice, I never knew how far back they went until recently.   They have roots in this biz for sure

I have the ACRH3 and it is pretty awesome! Build quality is excellent. I swapped out input tubes so cover was off. Very impressive layout, clean and in my non engineering opinion, looked chock full of quality parts. Impressive power supply and caps. Only minor issue I had was getting screws and tapped holes to line up.

The sound is beautiful. It’s sweet and powerful. Phono stage for an MM is excellent.
even the remote control is beautifully built.
