Wow, that is not Magnepan. IMHO.
There must be something going on that would cause such a lack of response,
@OP, Though it sounds foolish, I would give it some time to shake out. Magnepan, is a well respected company. And, as a small business owner, I know that sometimes things happen beyond any ones ability to cover. And, in the end, will make good on their obligations.
