Magico Q1 versus Mini II

I own a pair of the Mini II's and am curious to hear from anyone who has directly compared the two models. I have not heard the Q1 yet. They been out for a while and I'm wondering if many people own them yet. I've read on the net that the Q1 is better, but I'd like to hear from actual owners how it is better and what they owned before buying the Q1. Thanks.
