Luxman installation cd for the Luxman D-10x

I can’t get my Apple M1 to work with the Luxman software to access the installation process. The distributor said the cd was a courtesy from Luxman and are not available. I’m looking for a disc or instructions to have my Apple M1 laptop compatible with the luxman download.
