Vincent SV-236MK vs. Luxman L-550AX

I've been thinking about upgrading my current Integrated Amplifier (Vincent SV-236MK) to the Luxman L-550AX. The Vincent was $2000 and the Luxman is priced at $4,990. Is there any sonic difference between the Vincent and the Luxman? Is it worth spending the extra money? Please advise.
