Luxman CD players

I'm trying to decide between the Luxman D-N150 (entry level) and the D-03X CD players. I plan to just use this as a transport to the DA2 module in my McIntosh for the DAC. Does anyone have any experience with these?

I've been blown away by my Luxman PD-151a turntable that I want more from the brand. Thanks.

If you’re just looking for a transport the Jay’s CDT2-Mk3 is cheaper than the D-N150 and probably has a better clock than either of the Luxmans and also offers superior AES/EBU and i2S connections for now or future use.  Just another option to consider, and best of luck.

Why not get a Schitt Urd that is specifically built for your use case. It does not have an internal DAC and also supports pass through streaming. A great feature set. If it supported SACD I would have bought that instead of the D.BOB, which requires a SACD/CD transport via HDMI.

I say this because you want to use your MAC as a DAC.
