looking for Exposure amplifier manual

I'm looking for a manual (owner's manual and service manual) for the Exposure IV DR power amplifier. Do you know where I can find it? Would members of this forum have a copy of one of these manuals? If not, do you know where and how it would be available to me (PDF or original).
