list of integrated with pre-out AND main-in

I am looking for a list of integrated amps, with outputs of at least 100 Watts/channel RMS into 8 ohms, with exposed preamp outputs and main amplifier inputs (THIS IS A MUST), up to a price of about $5000.

Having digital inputs also helps.
