For an Esoteric of that vintage, try contacting Teac of America. I was able to purchase a new lens from them for my DV 60. I also bought a complete transport mechanism, just to have for any future needs. The new transport/lens was cheaper than the lens alone.
It's my understanding the current service provider (Esoteric of America) does not service, or provide parts for older units.
