This is who I dealt with on my equipment. From what I can tell, they are working hard to get ever ones equipment repaired.BTW I have received mine. 

The Krell are an extinct race of highly advanced beings from Connecticut. the planet Altair IV in the film "Forbidden Planet." They created a powerful underground  amplifier machine capable of turning electrical signals thoughts into wonderful music reality, but their own subconscious desires ultimately led to their extinction.

Had a Krell 400xi integrated for years.  Wish them well in resurrection!
